Traditionally, a brokerage company performs transactions on the stock market on behalf of a client. Foyil makes agreements for buying/selling securities on the Ukrainian Stock Exchange and PFTS. Classical brokerage offers the following services:
- Buying and selling securities on organized and over-the-counter markets through a personal broker;
- Custody services, including opening accounts, custody, auditing, confirmation of rights and registration of agreements;
- Provision of consultations with regard to investment strategy and investment portfolios;
- Provision of information, research support and recommendations for making transactions with securities.
Internet Trading:
Internet trading is very convenient for those investors who have sufficient knowledge, skills and time to trade independently.
Within this service, a client receives direct access to the Ukrainian Stock Exchange via the Internet, using a trading terminal installed at his/her working place.
Using this system, a client can:
- Independently post buy and sell orders in real time;
- Control status of his/her portfolio;
- Monitor execution of orders;
- Receive information and research support, etc.
Wealth Management:
This brokerage service is for those who want to invest large amounts of money but have no time to manage the capital.
Foyil gives an opportunity for individual asset management by creating a “single investor portfolio.” In this case, we create personal portfolios for each separate client based on a strategy that meets their requirements and needs. The client’s portfolio is formed and managed directly by the portfolio manager and our research team.
