Foyil Securities evaluates your end-of-day Balance in assets and number of trades quarter-to-date. If any of these qualifications meets or exceeds a relevant threshold on any day in a given calendar quarter, the respective lower commission will begin to apply to your account starting from the next trading session and will apply for the remainder of the calendar quarter and the next calendar quarter as well.

- Your account balance is at least UAH 150 000
