
Dorian B. Foyil
President and Chief Investment Officer
Outstanding stock selection sharpened by years of investment experience characterize Dorian Foyil’s career as a portfolio manager and investment analyst. As a London-based analyst for UBS Securities, he was Number One rated in the 1990 Extel Survey.
During his subsequent five-year tenure with the Franklin-Templeton Investment Management firm, he had direct portfolio responsibility for some $800m in global and emerging market mutual funds and institutional pension assets.
Foyil Asset Management was established in 1996 by Dorian B. Foyil who serves as the company’s President and Chief Investment Officer. He has been active in the investment management industry for more than 16 years.
He has served as President of the Bahamas Society of Financial Analysts and was appointed by the Prime Minister to serve on The Bahamas Securities Market Task Force, which was a private sector group which developed The Bahamas's first Mutual Fund legislation and later advised the government on the establishment of The Bahamas International Stock Exchange.
Mr. Foyil holds a Masters Degree in Business Administration from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelors degree in Accounting and Computer Science from Temple University.

Samantha Watson
Chief Financial Officer
With over seven years of office administration and management, in addition to involvement in auditing and administration of alternative investment funds throughout her career, Ms. Samantha Watson joined the investment manager in January of 2000. She quickly made valuable contributions to the company’s financial and administrative departments.
She is responsible for the planning, development and implementation of all aspects of financial reporting along with back office operations, legal and compliance, customer relations and human resource functions.
Ms. Watson also serves as Vice President at Foyil’s Headquarters in Nassau, Bahamas and Corporate Secretary of the overseas, multicurrency investment and custody firms. She was recognized in 2007 by the Bahamas Financial Services Board for outstanding contribution in the financial services industry of The Bahamas. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree with specialty in Finance from Saint Mary’s University, Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada. She is certified by the University of Manchester, London in Anti-Money Laundering, Combating Terrorist Financing and Compliance and is a member of the International Compliance Association. She is also a member of the Bahamas Association of Compliance Officers.
