Foyil company supports and encourages the most capable, talented and energetic young people to get education in the field of finance. With this purpose our company founded two annual scholarships «Future business-leaders of Ukraine». Foyil provides two scholarships for University students who has obtained a Bachelor's degree and plan to receive a Master's degree in the field of finance. The nominees will be selected at the sole discretion of Foyil Group.The selection of the Future Business Leaders of Ukraine will be mostly based on the candidates' academic credentials and their business plans.

The application terms
For the 2007/2008 academic year the applications will be accepted till September, 30, 2007

Terms of payment
Coverage of tuition will be in Hryvnia (UAH) equivalent of USD 3,300 per academic year. The scholarship is paid during the master program once per semester. The maximal period of the scholarship shall not exceed 2 academic years.

Eligibility
Candidates are selected from a large pool of students on the basis of demonstrated excellence in the chosen fields of study. The documents submitted will be individually reviewed by Foyil Securities on the basis of several criteria listed below. The Scholarship is awarded on the basis of success in a mix of examinations and business projects. The following eligibility criteria has to be met:

• Bachelor level (4th year of study)
• Academic performance (GPA) should be not lower than: good or excellent

Internship:
Foyil may at its own discretion and based on the academic performance of the nominee give the nominee an opportunity for paid Internship in Foyil company.

Cancellation of the Scholarship:
The award shall be cancelled in the following cases:

• The nominee makes a false statement in the submitted documents
• It becomes impossible for the nominee to continue study or research due to illness or for other reasons
• The nominee's academic performance (GPA) goes below the minimum required level
• The nominee's conduct is improper or discredits Foyil Group reputation

Disbursement of the Scholarship:
The amount of the Scholarship shall be divided into parts equal to the number of semesters and will be paid in Hryvnia (UAH) on a semester basis at the rate of the National Bank of Ukraine on the settlement date. The Scholarship can be extended to a second year based on the student's academic performance.
